Roust's Shakespeare classes are on hiatus until early 2012.

When they return, this highly successful class will repeat the format of its predecessors in its hands-on approach to text through both individual and ensemble work. The classes will be hard-work & fun, but most importantly, accessible. This is Shakespeare in practice and Roust believes in a get-it-up-on-its-feet work ethic. To get the most out of this class you need to be willing to throw yourself in, to be brave and fearless with Shakespeare's words.

The classes run twice weekly, 3 hrs per session, for four weeks. The maximum number of students per class is 14.

Participants come along with a Shakespeare speech on which they'll work in session. They'll also be given a number of scenes to work on with others. During the eight sessions you'll be challenged and supported on your journey with the texts you prepare, always working in an informal setting.
